missingWrote a review on Nov 06pool optionspoor servicelimited food variety
The various pool options were enjoyable for my family.
The receptionist rudely cut our all-inclusive bracelet before lunch, despite us missing it at check-in. This incident made it clear they lacked proper customer service. the food was incredibly limited, mostly pork, with hardly any healthy eating options available, which disappointed us greatly. To top it off, the beach was quite far from the hotel, making access a hassle.

Enhanced our overall experience. The staff were welcoming, and we enjoyed the clean, spacious room. the food could have had more variety. We appreciated the prompt check-in, and the bar staff, particularly Loni, added a personal touch.

Oh, the food! Those croissants were flaky marvels that whisked me away to pastry paradise. With a spacious Family Room boasting killer views and a warm atmosphere from the amazing staff, it felt like a welcoming embrace.
But let’s spill some tea—the so-called 'all inclusive' vibe is kinda shaky. The supermarket on-site turned into the go-to for everything from towels to soap. Plus, the broken kids’ playground was a letdown.

absolutely average experience at the so-called Koni Village Hotel. While the food was just fine, the 'all-inclusive' is a joke—towels forgotten and I had to buy shampoo? for a hotel stay? not to mention the playground seemed like a hazard! honestly, I nearly gave a good review but just couldn't!

We stayed in a triple room with a sea view, and it was spacious, which was nice. The terrace gave us a beautiful view of the ocean, perfect for mornings. But the beds felt pretty firm, almost like sleeping on a hard surface. the ground-floor rooms didn’t seem as appealing.

This place suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with a room issue late at night. I recommend trying the local dining options outside. I'm coming back for a city trip!

It was just a smart choice for a city trip in Stalida with exceptional value. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great local tips. Avoid the all-inclusive option if you prefer more variety in food choices.

The location was perfect for our family with easy access to Hersonissos' nightlife. Our triple room had a lovely sea view that made mornings feel special. The all-inclusive drinks were surprisingly enjoyable, especially the beer, which my teens appreciated.
My kids wished for a bit more variety in the food options.

The pools were fantastic, providing a great splash for the kids while the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed during our stay. even offered local tips for eating out.
The steep hill to access our room was a bit of a challenge after a long day. maybe some assistance with luggage would help.
